Our experience Pontes Painting was outstanding! We met with Rafael Pontes to discuss painting our house. The job also included a decent amount of cosmetic repair work. Rafael is the most courteous and professional contractor that we have encountered. He reviewed the job, provided great suggestions, and provided us with a very reasonable estimate in a timely fashion. We hired him and were not disappointed. We hired Rafael and his team to paint our main bathroom and the entire exterior of our house and they went above and beyond on both jobs. In fact, they re-painted and re-sanded one of our bathroom walls several times because it wasn't meeting their satisfaction and the end result was a PERFECTLY painted gorgeous wall. I feel like I have a whole new house! These pictures don’t do the amazing work that Rafael and his team did justice - my house was in a very sorry state before they did their work. I got quotes from several companies for painting the exterior of my house, and from the start Rafael’s attention to detail, prompt communication, timeliness, and clear commitment to work he and his team can be proud of stood out. The price was fair, but more importantly, everyone was kind, respectful, took the same care I would have taken if I had the capability of doing this myself, and the house looks amazing. I’m also appreciative that they were able to help me out even as painting season is closing up. Rafael is attentive to all the small details that make a paint job truly professional, including what should and shouldn’t be painted, what the weather conditions will be like to ensure the paint will last, and if anything may need to be moved or trimmed to finish painting. I had an excellent experience with Rafael and his team at Pontes Painting. They were very personable, professional and got the job done quickly with good attention to detail. I appreciated that his crew was very hard working and considerate of my neighbors and tenant. They also listened to all of my requests and had no problem accomplishing every repairs that I had mentioned.
